Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act

As required by the FDA Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002, otherwise known as the "Bioterrorism Act", all manufacturing facilities in the U.S. are required by law to be registered no later than December 12th, 2003.
